Our olive oil is single varietal produced only with Souri olives, handpicked from the Nazareth region. Our olive oil is never blended with other less quality olive oils or any other unhealthy oils. Our olives are grown by small farmers in the Nazareth, Israel area which are grown naturally with no fertilizers or pesticides and the only irrigation comes from rain water.
